El reconocido portal de comercio electrónico Mercado Libre analizó más de 35 000 publicaciones activas de su sección inmuebles y armó un ranking de localidades de acuerdo con su precio promedio. El informe arrojó como resultado que Villa Gesell es el destino más elegido para alquilar una casa.

Según un relevamiento de la Secretaría de Turismo Municipal, los precios promedio del destino para el verano 2020 para el alquiler de una casa por día serán de aproximadamente $3000.
